My Husband & I flew Shay in for our April 9th Destination 10 Year Vow Renewal Wedding in Panama City Beach to my hair and my Bridal party! I met her doing while I was doing the makeup on another bridal party she did the hair for and I was absolutely blown away so I knew I had to have her for mine! She did an absolutely gorgeous job on everyone's hair and although it was the most windy day ever, they all held up! I absolutely loved my Bridal hair! I felt so gorgeous on the most important day of my life! Shay kept me calm, cool and collected as well! She is a joy to work with and you won't be disappointed with your entire bridal party! If you are getting married or know someone who is, Shay is the hairstylist for you! Shay still does my hair after my wedding. I drive an hour and a half to go to her for my hair because she's the best and so worth it!

I came to Shay in 2014 post "big chop" and struggling in my natural hair journey. Fast forward 6 years and my hair is the longest and most lucious it's EVER been. Shay has TAUGHT ME how to care for my hair outside of her chair and introduced me to new things - WIGS! All while loving myself and loving what God has given me. Shay is RARE an "old school", OG stylist constantly learning to provide her clients with the BEST. Her extensions and units are top quality. Her custom units are basically an extension of your scalp. I get So Many compliments whether I'm rocking my Gifted Tress wig or my natural locks. I'll NEVER go to anyone else. If you pass on Shay, you're only hurting yourself. She is honest, genuine and passionate about her craft. I can't express how glad I am to have found Shay. YOU need to find your way to her too.

I found Shay on Yelp and was so grateful that I did...she made my wedding day hair dreams come to reality!!! She was able to make me a custom unit from just the pictures that I showed her. My concern on my wedding day is that I wanted to feel beautiful and have the confidence that the balding on my sides and the back of my head would not be shown on that day. Shay was able to make it all happen with the desired style that I wanted and she colored it beautifully! If you're looking for a hairstylist that will definitely hook you up, call this one; she is friendly, professional and does an amazing job! I had the pleasure of visiting this location for a custom color and install. The location was clean with a great view and amazing music quietly playing. I will definitely be back!!!

I'm not sure why I'm just now leaving a review on Yelp. I have been going to Shay for several years. She has a sweet spirit and a passion for what she does. 90% of the time I go to her for installs. She's amazing, does not braid so tight my hair breaks out. She's patient with all my naive woes about maintaining my own hair. Shay's honest about the health of her client's hair along with knowing her clients hair patterns very well. If you ask for a style, she'll recommend what's best (remind you that you don't like maintaining your hair ) professionally and considerately. In turn she'll do what you ask even when she recommends a more suitable alternative. Needles to say, I love her as my stylist. I've also watched her business expand and her Jr Stylists learn so much about business and hair. Shay is more than a Stylist she's a leader, a visionary and I'm enjoying her evergrowing journey. She is very careful to have you in in your scheduled slot, shows much care for your mane, works at a feverish pace and has you slayed when done sooo what are you WAITING FOR????!!!! I have been going to Shay for about 4 years and I absolutely love her. Late last year she started her own hair line Gifted Tress and let me tell you she has the best of the best. I have bought hair everywhere (Paulines, Kendras boutique,etc...) the list goes on and on. Shay has the cream of the crop and I must also add that I started wearing her custom units this year. Right now I have a total of 4 and they are so Lush and full of body and beautiful color the people at my job are always complimenting me on how beautiful my hair is. I really adore Shays custom units no more sewins for me just a short 2-3 hour visit to the Sanctuary and I am a new woman every 2 weeks. Being a working professional woman as many of you know your appearance is a big key factor . Shays custom units do not disappoint, she has a one stop shop of several hair bundles to choose from, great knowledge of hair care I mean seriously what are you waiting for? You better go get slayed by Gifted tress ASAP!

I found Shay through a group on Facebook. I moved down here from the Bay Area over a year ago, and I wasn't able to find a hair stylist until I came across Shay. Finding her was like a blessing in disguise. Considering not only does she do hair well, but has amazing customer service. I'm so happy I finally found someone after searching high and low.
